If you send us a booking request through this website, we collect the name, phone number, email address and vehicle details you type into the form, along with what you tell us about the problem. That is the only information this site collects about you. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Purely so we can contact you about your vehicle, book you in, and keep an accurate service history for the work we do. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Booking requests are stored in our own customer records, hosted on our web server, and are accessible only to Motion Auto staff. We keep service history for as long as it is useful for looking after your vehicle.
If we text you about your vehicle and you would rather we did not, reply STOP and we will stop. We only text about work in progress and appointments.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the shop or email us and we will take care of it.
